Refund policy
We hope you love your new items but if you don't we are happy to assist with a return or exchange! We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Gift Cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or mailer bag to avoid damage from shipping. Swimwear MUST have the hygienic liner and tags attached with all original padding and straps included to be eligible for return. You’ll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

When shipping your item(s) back we recommend using a method that provides a tracking number as we are not liable for any items that are lost in transit. If your return/exchange is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to Allie and Thea without first requesting a return will not be accepted and returned to you at your expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please feel free to email info@allieandthea.com if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
In addition, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards. A final sale item is any item that ends in .99.
Exchanges
The best and quickest way to ensure you get the right product is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Items purchased with a gift card will receive a store credit.
